Frantz Wouilloz-Boutrois est édité par les éditions de la Fondation EDITRAUM en principauté du Liechtenstein et aux éditions de l'HARMATTAN à Paris. Spécialiste du XIXe siècle et de la première moitié du XXe siècle, il nous conte souvent à travers ces récits historiques, les destins exceptionnels des femmes et des hommes qui ont fait avancer l'humanité en un temps où tout s'inventait. Lui-même témoin, enfant et adolescent, de l'existence de personnes continuant à vivre comme à l'ancien temps, il a su s'imprégner des ambiances, des faits et gestes ainsi que des coutumes de la Belle-Epoque. Elevé en partie par un arrière-grand-père valaisan (Suisse) née en 1870 et décédé 100 ans plus tard, il s'est imprégné de l'histoire jadis, accompagné par une marraine viennoise vivant encore dans les années 1950 comme autant des fastes de l'Empire Austro-hongrois. Artiste lyrique, mais aussi auteur-compositeur de chansons et d'opérettes, auteur, il nous narre avec passion les destins d'artistes ou de lieux totalement oubliés de nos jours, mais qui ont fait se déplacer les foules.
A cheval sur deux cultures francophone et germanophone, il nous mène aux quatre coins de notre vieux continent à travers des histoires réelles, n'ayant rien à envier aux romans les plus rocambolesques.

Frantz Wouilloz-Boutrois wird vom Verlag der Stiftung EDITRAUM im Fürstentum Liechtenstein und vom Verlag L'HARMATTAN in Paris herausgegeben. Als Spezialist für das 19. und die erste Hälfte des 20. Jahrhunderts erzählt er uns in diesen historischen Erzählungen oft von den außergewöhnlichen Schicksalen der Frauen und Männer, die die Menschheit in einer Zeit vorangetrieben haben, in der alles neu erfunden wurde. Als Kind und Jugendlicher wurde er selbst Zeuge, wie Menschen wie in alten Zeiten weiterlebten, und konnte sich so in die Atmosphäre, die Gesten und Bräuche der Belle-Epoque einfühlen. Er wurde teilweise von einem Urgroßvater aus dem Wallis (Schweiz) erzogen, der 1870 geboren wurde und 100 Jahre später verstarb. Er wurde von einer Wiener Patentante begleitet, die noch in den 1950er Jahren lebte, als wäre sie Teil des Glanzes des österreichisch-ungarischen Kaiserreichs gewesen. Als Opernkünstler, aber auch als Liedermacher, Operettenkomponist und Autor erzählt er uns mit Leidenschaft die Schicksale von Künstlern oder Orten, die heute völlig in Vergessenheit geraten sind, aber die Menschenmassen in Bewegung gebracht haben.

Er führt uns in die vier Ecken unseres alten Kontinents und erzählt dabei wahre Geschichten, die selbst den abenteuerlichsten Romanen in nichts nachstehen.

Frantz Wouilloz-Boutrois is published by the EDITRAUM Foundation in the Principality of Liechtenstein and by HARMATTAN in Paris. As a specialist of the 19th century and the first half of the 20th century, he often tells us, through these historical accounts, the exceptional destinies of women and men who made humanity progress at a time when everything was being invented. As a child and teenager, he witnessed the existence of people who continued to live as they did in the old days, and he was able to immerse himself in the atmosphere, actions and customs of the Belle-Epoque. Partly brought up by a great-grandfather from the Valais (Switzerland) who was born in 1870 and died 100 years later, he immersed himself in the history of the past, accompanied by a Viennese godmother who was still living in the 1950s as much as in the splendour of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. As an opera artist, but also as a songwriter and operetta composer, and as an author, he passionately recounts the destinies of artists and places that are totally forgotten today, but which have made the crowds move.
Straddling two cultures, French and German, he takes us to the four corners of our old continent through real stories that have nothing to envy the most incredible novels.
